SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at ÖDHRAM. This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders placed for delivery within the United Kingdom.

1. UK SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

We process and dispatch all UK orders from our warehouse. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Standard UK Delivery 3 – 5 Business Days £4.95 (Free on orders over £100)
Express UK Delivery 1 – 2 Business Days £7.95

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding UK Public and Bank Holidays.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

3. EXCLUSIVELY UK DELIVERY

  • We currently only ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
  • We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the UK. Any orders placed with an international delivery address will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your courier tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update after receiving your notification.

5. MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to courier service disruptions, peak holiday periods, or severe weather conditions.

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us with your order number.
  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
